MarsLibertyCoin (MarsLC) — Tokenomics
MarsLC’s tokenomics are built for endurance: fees, burns, and vault flows are hard-coded and auditable, steadily turning market activity into deeper USDT liquidity and growing Whitebox reserves — with all official LP burned forever.
1) Design goals
- Real reserves: grow hard USDT backing over time (in pools + in Whitebox)
- Irreversible liquidity: all official LP is burned
- Simple, auditable rules: fees, burns, splits, locks, and emission gates are on-chain and evented
- V2-native: one canonical V2 MarsLC/USDT pair per chain; USDT is the only stable used for protocol logic
2) Supply model & primary issuance (hub: BNB Smart Chain (BSC))
- Decimals: 18
- Symbol: MarsLC
- Tranche A: 1,000,000 MarsLC + 1,000 USDT used to create the canonical V2 pool; LP is burned
- Tranche B: 1,000,000 MarsLC reserved for multi-chain bootstraps and/or liquidity deployments (minted when rollout begins; not automatic at deployment)
- Creator lock: 3,000,000 MarsLC locked in the MarsLibertyCoin token contract on the BNB Smart Chain hub for 3 years
3) Additional emission (strictly controlled)
Additional emissions are permitted only under the following key cumulative conditions:
- Prerequisite: Tranche B must be fully exported
- Low-float trigger: Total MarsLC across all canonical pools ≤ 10% of circulating supply (per §4)
- Sizing: MarsLC to mint = (Total USDT reserves across all Whiteboxes) ÷ (Oracle average price in USDT per MarsLC)
- Cap: MarsLC to mint ≤ 1,000,000 MarsLC per emission
Note: full emission rules are described in the Whitepaper.
4) Circulating supply (definition)
Circulating supply = (1)Total minted − (2)Burned − (3)Tokens held by the MarsLibertyCoin contract
Burned = (1)Tokens burned from fees + (2)Tokens bought with Whitebox USDT via supportBurn and burned immediately
Bridge burns are NOT included in Burned. Tokens held by the MarsLibertyCoin contract include the 3,000,000 creator-locked tokens and any other tokens currently held by the token contract.
5) Fees (BNB Smart Chain (BSC))
Current live rates
- Buy: 3.25% (collected in MarsLC, 1.00% burned, 2.25% swapped to USDT)
- Wallet-to-Wallet (W2W): 2.25% (collected in MarsLC, burn does not apply, 2.25% swapped to USDT)
- Sell: 3.75% (collected in MarsLC, 1.50% burned, 2.25% swapped to USDT)
Split of the swapped USDT (applies to Buy, Sell, and W2W)
- ≈55.56% → Reserve Vault (Whitebox) (≈1.25% of the fee)
- ≈44.44% → Marketing wallet (≈1.00% of the fee)
Mechanics
The contract supports 1–13% per direction and exposes setUnifiedFees(...) — the above BNB Smart Chain (BSC) rates reflect the current live on-chain settings (fees are configurable post-deploy by owner/creator only; fully evented).
6) Liquidity policy
- Official LP is added only by the token contract and all official LP is burned to the dead address
- Third-party LP is allowed but not considered “official”
- The canonical V2 pair is never fee-exempt
7) Reserves & “hard backing”
Reserves grow in two places:
- USDT in the canonical MarsLC/USDT pools, and
- USDT held in Whitebox per network
Burns reduce MarsLC float, gradually shifting the pool ratio in favor of USDT over time.
8) Support-burn (market support)
supportBurn(networkId, usdtAmount) spends Whitebox USDT to buy MarsLC on the canonical pair to the Whitebox address, then immediately burns those tokens from Whitebox’s balance.
Effect: deeper USDT in the pool, lower circulating MarsLC.
9) Creator allocation (locked) — 3,000,000 MarsLC
Only after 3 years, 100,000-token claims are permitted provided that the average price ≥ $10 (within a 24h window after first reaching $10) and ≥30 days have passed since the prior claim.
10) Addresses (BNB Smart Chain (BSC))
- Token (MarsLC): 0x67e5D1470bA737291401E3Ce91DB6779D5363279
- Whitebox (Vault): 0x5D745A513ffA36bc7D7b91F198a000C1a30832bF

11) Disclosures & risks
- Market conditions, liquidity depth, and third-party liquidity providers can affect price impact, slippage, and execution.
- On-chain parameters (fees and split ratios) are configurable only within the contract’s predefined bounds and only by the authorized roles (owner/creator); any change is recorded on-chain via events.
